For the purpose of the Terms & Condition (T&C), wherever the context so requires, ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall relate to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a seller on the Platform. The word ‘user’ shall collectively imply a seller, a buyer, and any visitor on the Platform and the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall mean Quikrmart.

Your use of the Platform and the features therein is governed by the following terms and conditions including applicable policies available on the Platform. By mere use of the Platform you shall be contracting with Quikrmart, and these terms constitute your binding obligations.

Seller Eligibility

The use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Quikrmart reserves the right to terminate accounts if users are found ineligible.

Your Account and Registration Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. Quikrmart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for false or misleading information.

Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically from Quikrmart via email or other modes.

Platform for Transaction

The Platform enables users to interact independently. Quikrmart is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee performance of either party.

Use of Platform

You agree not to upload or share unlawful, harmful, misleading, or prohibited content. You must comply with all applicable laws while using the platform.

Selling

As a seller, you must ensure that products listed are legal, properly described, and do not violate any third-party rights. Quikrmart reserves the right to remove listings.

Payment

Quikrmart provides a payment facilitation system and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

Charges & Taxes

All applicable taxes including GST shall be borne by the seller. Quikrmart may introduce or modify service fees.

Compliance with Laws

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws including GST, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and data protection regulations.

Content

All content posted is user-generated. Quikrmart is not responsible for third-party content.

Breach

Quikrmart may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of T&C.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Quikrmart from any claims arising out of your use of the platform.

Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by Indian laws.
