• Users must act responsibly and professionally.
• Unauthorized personal or non-commercial use is prohibited.
• Misuse or reputational harm may result in suspension or termination.

2. Eligibility

• Exclusively for registered businesses and authorized representatives.
• Users must be legally capable under Indian law.
• Valid business registration and GST details required.
• Minors and unverified individuals prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility

• Maintain accurate account information.
• No credential sharing or impersonation.
• Users responsible for all account activities.
• Fraudulent behavior may lead to termination.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

• Data collected for operational and transactional purposes.
• Stored and processed within India.
• Shared with logistics/payment partners if required.
• Reasonable security measures applied.

5. Intellectual Property

• Not liable for courier delays post dispatch.

9. Returns & Claims

• Unedited unboxing video required within 24–48 hours.
